If you have previously registered a nickname but have forgotten your password, you might need to recover your nickname.
To recover your nickname, use the following command:
/NickOP RECOVER <email>
Please note the following:
- The email address entered must match the one used to register your nickname
- The email address must be a valid, working email address
You will then receive an email from AustNet Services, follow the prompts in the email to recover your nickname.
Once you are successfully identified as your nickname, use the following command to set a new password:
/NickOP SET PASSWORD <new-password>
